Fit Military Women was established in November 2016 as a social media platform dedicated to empowering women who have served or are currently serving in the military. Juggling military responsibilities, maintaining fitness, and embracing their identity as women can be a challenging endeavor. The mission of Fit Military Women is to foster acceptance based on capabilities and job performance, not on gender. With the military encompassing individuals from diverse backgrounds and pursuing various life goals, the platform was designed as a space to showcase the incredible qualities of each individual while celebrating their collective inspiration.

Fit Military Women encourages people to actively challenge stereotypes, address biases, improve circumstances, empower those around them, expand perspectives, and rejoice in the achievements of military women. It aims to promote a supportive community that recognizes and uplifts the contributions and strengths of women in the military.
